About the Role

The Cost Management Expert will be responsible for developing and managing project controls deliveries, including life cycle cost analysis and top-down weight/quantity estimates. This role requires a strong understanding of project execution methodology and decision gate processes, as well as the ability to develop cost estimates and schedules in the oil & gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project controls deliveries, including life cycle cost analysis and top-down weight/quantity estimates.
  • Ensure the proper application of company project control function processes and procedures.
  • Conduct compliance checks of estimating deliverables.
  • Perform commercial and technical reviews and make decisions and recommendations.
  • Maintain and build early phase estimating case books.
