Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Global Sustainability Director. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the HSE & Sustainability functions within HVDC.

The successful candidate will have a background in leading HSE in larger organizations, including large projects and construction sites. They will also possess strong communication and influencing skills to build trust and balance stakeholders at different organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and promote a strong HSE & Sustainability culture within the HVDC organization.
  • Conclude and analyze HSE & Sustainability stakeholder requirements, incident investigations, and audit results.
  • Deliver improvements through value-added findings, opportunities, and best practices.
  • Manage HSE systems, including audits and internal audits against ISO standards.
  • Lead investigations and drive governance for tender, project, and site execution teams.
