UX Director

Lomi Agency is seeking a seasoned UX Director to spearhead our UX team in Oslo. As a strategic leader, you will bridge the gap between strategy and user experience for our clients, driving business success through resilient, engaging, and actionable strategies.

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement UX strategies for clients, ensuring high-quality and impactful deliverables in their projects. Contribute to Lomi Agency's overall strategy.
2. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that UX deliverables meet and exceed expectations.
3. Sales and Business Development: Lead efforts to sell consulting services, including developing proposals and pitching to potential clients.
4. Team Leadership: Mentor and support UX designers and researchers on the team, fostering a culture of creativity, curiosity, and continuous learning.
5. Methodologies and Tools: Implement and adapt UX methodologies and tools best suited for each project.
6. Project Fulfilment: Ensure clients receive high-quality deliverables, whether Figma designs or strategic alignment.

1. Relevant higher education in design or business management.
2. At least 7 years of experience in UX design.
3. Proven experience in project management and client handling.
4. Strong competence in user testing, wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
5. Knowledge of modern design tools.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey ideas to various stakeholders.
7. Full proficiency in written and oral English. Proficiency in Norwegian is preferred.
