Our team consists of experienced HR advisors and Talent Acquisition advisors who work closely with the business to provide advice and support in all HR processes.
As an HR Business Partner at Itera, you will have varied tasks within the entire HR spectrum. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with line managers, employees, IT, Communication, and our colleagues in HR.
Your job
- You will facilitate processes and be responsible for various areas such as promotion processes, leader training, absence follow-up, and other exciting tasks.
- As an HR Business Partner at Itera, you will be a strategic and operational support for our business areas and our leaders.
- You will contribute to building a strong organizational culture and promoting good leadership across teams.
- You will support leaders in HR-related matters throughout the employee journey.
- You will be responsible for various HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and absence follow-up.
Requirements for you
- At least 5 years' experience from a senior HR position
- Thrives in both strategic and operational work in a dynamic environment
- Is self-motivated, initiative-driven, and has high work capacity
- Is a relationship builder with strong communication skills
- Is solution-oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously
