About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Professional to join our client’s IT consultancy team in Stavanger. The successful candidate will have relevant education at a Bachelor's or Master's level in a technical field and strong technical expertise with the ability to drive technical innovation.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing technical and business challenges, providing effective solutions, and guiding and motivating team members to achieve shared goals. You will also engage in customer dialogue with product owners and stakeholders and ensure maximum value extraction for customers.

You will work in a collaborative environment with multidisciplinary teams and have the opportunity to combine technical expertise with management and agile methods. Experience in modern software development, data analytics, or low-code projects is also essential.
