Aviation IT Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team at Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, debugging, and implementing IAM solutions to ensure seamless access management across our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions to meet our business needs.

To succeed in this role, you must have hands-on experience with Okta and Microsoft, as well as knowledge of HYPR. A bachelor's degree in a relevant IT field is required, along with 1-2 years of experience as an IAM consultant and documented experience with IAM integration and security.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer dialogue skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable requirements.

• Conduct troubleshooting and debugging of IAM systems
