Commercial Development of Nordic Key Accounts within Distribution

You will work in close cooperation with our Nordic Sales Manager, the Nordic Sales Team and our European colleagues, supporting you to succeed in the KAM role.

Your strategic responsibility will be:

  1. Increase sales and manage profitability of Key Accounts, with a key focus on commercializing the business in close cooperation with key stakeholders
  2. Implement the European segment strategy at Key Partners
  3. Plan, agree and follow through on the annual action plan with Key Partners
  4. Together with the Sales Manager build and lead the accounts and the annual budget targets to support the deployment of the Key Account plan
  5. Lead the strategic development of the Key Accounts by setting sales, growth and profitability targets together with the Sales Manager
  6. Identify new opportunities, manage & implement projects and sales pipe

We expect you to have a deeply developed understanding of how to utilize marketing as a tool, to grow the presence with our partners and to make our high-quality products available in the right channels & platforms.

You have an agile mindset and are capable of interchanging between the strategic approach and the operational implementation. With your natural drive, proactive & structured approach and expert communication skills, you ensure our partners get the highest level of attention, support and push when needed, both at the HQ and in the field.
