NES Fircroft is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Lead to join our team. The role involves leading project teams to deliver projects according to the Project Development (PD03) process for facilities in operation.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate project teams (including contractors) to deliver safely and efficiently. They will also have the ability to work independently within a fairly short period of time and collaborate closely with relevant professionals to develop effective solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects according to the Project Development (PD03) process for facilities in operation
  • Lead and motivate project teams (including contractors) to deliver safely and efficiently

Qualifications

  • Strong relevant project leadership competencies and experience
