You will work at Avinor's premises at Gardermoen airport, engaging customers in various brands and driving sales in our pop-up stores. Your main responsibility will be to provide a personalized shopping experience by offering product recommendations and answering customer inquiries.

In order to excel in this role, you will receive training before each new brand in the pop-up to give you an understanding of the products and their unique selling points.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
  • Drive sales and meet sales targets
  • Receive training on new brands and products before each shift
Desired Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with previous experience in retail, preferably with merchandising skills. Problem-solving and multitasking abilities are essential in this role.

If you have experience with events or pop-ups, that's a plus Fluency in English and basic understanding of Norwegian are also required.

We value outgoing and energetic individuals who are flexible and adaptable, proactive and self-motivated, and solution-focused.
