The Candidate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior capacity managing intricate IT projects from start to finish.
- Expertise in project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the capacity to influence and inspire teams.
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in the telecommunications or managed services sector is beneficial.
