As a member of our team, you will participate in gathering user insights, ideation, and concept development, testing of prototypes, refining designs and specification for implementation, and continued user validation and iterations.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Product Manager, Design Lead, and Technical Lead to ensure feasibility, viability, and desirability
- Coordinate collaboration with other Laerdal teams to ensure a great user experience of the overall solution
- Develop user-friendly, engaging interfaces for our digital community or simulation training tools and programs
- Lead user research, conceptualization of solutions, testing, and design validation of the software interface during the development process
