Nordic Sales and Business Development Manager

At Minnovation International AB, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nordic Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Nordic region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Nordic region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and growing sustaining accounts.
- Lead cross-functional teams to close sales cycles, including leads, RFx, technical proposals, pricing, forecasting, and ordering.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as R&D, Customer Service, and Operations, to secure business opportunities.
- Assist in launching new products and services, and promoting them to customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related areas, preferably in industrial or electronics markets.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong understanding of the target customers, including vertical markets, companies, and applications.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluent in written and verbal English, with additional language skills considered a merit.
