">About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled individual to drive the digitalization and integration of our Engineering IT. As a PLM Technology Lead, you will play a key role in driving the implementation of new capabilities surrounding design, manufacture, and lifecycle management of physical and digital products.
">Key Responsibilities
">Develop and implement PLM strategies to improve product development, delivery of design, and product lifecycle management.
Work closely with all P&H business units to ensure our PLM and Engineering IT is fit for purpose for today and in the future.
Lead the roll-out of PLM, development or exploration, proof of concept, and implementation of new capabilities.
Establish best practice and provide training and/or individual on-boarding as required.
Qualifications and Experience
">A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical subject or equivalent experience within the industry will be considered.
Knowledge of Propulsion & Handling products, the maritime industry, or IT/Business systems from maritime or other relevant industries will be considered.
Previous use of Product Lifecycle Management tools like Teamcenter, 3D and 2D design tools such as NX and AutoCAD, and/or knowledge of document handling systems will be an advantage.
Previous experience of leading change, implementation, or project management are an advantage.
