IKM Consultants AS is seeking an experienced Technical Documentation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring technical and administrative information in close cooperation with relevant parties.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor, secure, and follow up document deliverables internally and from suppliers.
  2. Establish and follow up MDR's, including comments, responsible individuals, relevant reviewees, delivery dates, and milestones.
  3. Coordinate and monitor technical and administrative information in close cooperation with relevant parties.
  4. Manage and ensure compliance with established processes for document review, updates, approvals, storage, and handover to operations.
  5. Ensure efficient and traceable workflow for technical and administrative documentation between relevant parties.
  6. Support in preparing for project reviews on dedicated projects.
  7. Provide training to project teams, base organization, and contractors on document management systems and procedures.
  8. Participate in developing and revising/maintaining procedures, guidelines, and systems.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge about PIMS, Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within development projects in the oil and gas industry.
  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English.
