Source Code is seeking an experienced Scheduling Engineer to join our Project Management Team, directly responsible and accountable for the delivery of best-in-class capital projects assigned to specific departments.

This role involves engineering design, procurement, and construction of various sizes, types, and complexity of small, medium to multi-billion dollar mega-size projects. The successful candidate will work with Design Consultants and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Contractors in developing baseline critical path schedules and progress measurement systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create resource-loaded schedules to ensure standards of productivity are utilized in the schedule.
• Collect all timing data to plan and schedule the full scope of WORK.
• Develop a Work Breakdown Structure that contractors can use to develop their baseline schedules and progress measurement systems.
• Understand and follow schedule management best practices.
• Prepare presentation materials to convey plans and schedules to the project team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a recognized program (4-year degree required).
• 12+ years' experience with 10+ years performing development of baseline critical path schedules (using ORACLE Primavera software version 15.2 or later) and progress measurement systems.
• Recent and extensive Oil & Gas industry experience.

We estimate a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, based on national averages in the Western Europe region.
