We're seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team and manage C-level relations at retail partners in the Nordics. This role requires strong communication skills in senior management internally and externally, as well as knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in sales management towards retail partners in a complex environment, as well as 5-10 years of experience working with IT/CES retailers. A university or bachelor's degree is required, and fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages is preferred.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the retail sales team and manage C-level relations at retail partners.
- Develop and implement the Nordic Retail Sales strategy.
- Track sales reporting, forecast, inventory management, and sales analysis.
- Ensure top-class communication for the full virtual Consumer team and key stakeholders in marketing and category.
- Weekly reporting into the HP region (NWE).
- Manage the creation of collaborative joint retail marketing plans and execution of retailer account plans.
