About The Role

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will work on ServiceNow technical development activities. You will help clients transform their business, driven by digital opportunities and technology. In a typical program, you will develop code, scripts, and implement various ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, CSM, CMDB, Discovery, and HRSD.

You will also assist the team at offshore to resolve technical queries and guide them on module implementation and development work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customization and administration of ServiceNow Core Modules
  • Scripting experience in ServiceNow, including IM, PM, CM, KM, Service Portal, Catalog, CMDB, Orchestration, Reports, Asset Management, Discovery, and integration with Azure and End User Computing
  • ServiceNow Client-side and Server-side Scripting
  • 3rd party REST/SOAP Integrations with ServiceNow and ServiceNow Web Services
  • Interpreting business requirements to ServiceNow features
