Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager - Retail

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our Retail team. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance key account assortments, driving growth and profitability through effective category management and store expansions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to enhance key account assortments and drive growth and profitability.
  • Pitch and execute innovative campaigns to drive account growth and enhance partner visibility.
  • Collaborate with account partners to implement growth initiatives and facilitate ongoing improvements.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to inform strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in Key Account Management and/or Business Development.
  • Strategic mindset and business acumen with expertise in building and presenting data-driven business cases.
  • Industry knowledge of the Norwegian retail landscape with experience in e-commerce or FMCG sectors.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with experience in translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Structured communication and storytelling skills with ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Negotiation and partnership development skills with ability to negotiate favorable terms and build strong, lasting partnerships.
  • Project management skills with ability to plan, lead, and implement improvements and growth projects effectively.
