Keyholder Representative

• Deliver exceptional customer service through teamwork and embodying our brand values.
• Support Store Management with daily tasks and store duties.
• Motivate and support sales team members to achieve personal targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Provide guidance and direction to sales team members to ensure they meet KPIs and develop their skills.
• Maintain strong visual standards across the store.
• Assist with deliveries and organization of the stockroom.
• Open and close the store when senior managers are absent.

This full-time position is based in Vestby, Norway. You will work a standard schedule, but may need to adapt to occasional changes.
