Hitachi Energy is seeking an Electrical Systems Coordinator to join our team in Oslo. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for implementing technical solutions for digital infrastructure, including protection and control systems.
About the Team
You will work closely with our engineering team to configure local SCADA systems, such as MicroSCADA and RTU, and develop HMI interfaces for substations. Your expertise will also be utilized in participating in tests, both internally and at customer sites, and collaborating with test engineers.
Responsibilities
- Implementing technical solutions for digital infrastructure, including protection and control systems.
- Configuring local SCADA systems, such as MicroSCADA and RTU.
- Developing HMI interfaces for substations.
- Participating in tests, both internally and at customer sites, and collaborating with test engineers.
Requirements
- A background as an electrical engineer or technical college engineer with experience in relevant fields.
- Knowledge of standards such as IEC 61850 and IEC 60870-5-101/104 is an advantage.
- Experience with SCADA, RTU, LAN networks, and cyber security.
- Proficiency in a Scandinavian language and English.
- Familiarity with a Scandinavian work environment.
