About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Norway. In this key role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating job activities for our business to ensure successful completion.

Your Responsibilities

  • Apply Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
  • Conduct all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor job activities for our business in Norway to ensure successful completion
  • Manage client relationship by being the primary point of contact for job preparation and planning
  • Work closely with the wider wireline team – technical manager, operations manager, sales manager
  • Escalate issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of client's objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience
  • Solid experience in Wireline Services Operations in Open Hole and Cased Hole, including field experience
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to influence others
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve problems
  • Norwegian language proficiency (preferred)
