About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Trainer to join our team at WorkShop The Consumer Experience Agency. As a Field Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and achievement of our sales operations across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase visibility of SharkNinja's products in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail leaders and internal partners to ensure seamless communication and relationship management.
- Deliver market insights on the region's biggest retailers to stakeholders within SharkNinja and their partners, following a defined cadence.
- Take ownership and manage the planning and execution of engagement and training activities to drive sales and optimize sales performance.
- Work across departments to contribute to process improvements and optimizations to increase sales in your region.
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for the regional store managers and department managers regarding sales performance and relationship management.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics, identifying trends and generating actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize outcomes.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the retail and consumer electronics industry.
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in store management, with a focus on consumer training and coaching.
- Experience of product training for large groups.
- Possibility to travel occasionally regionally, nationally, and internationally.
- Track record of monitoring and following up on KPI performance.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Valid driving license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation creation skills and verbal presentation skills.
