Job Overview

We are seeking a Marine Installation Engineering Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead multidiscipline project teams and be responsible for developing technical solutions that meet client needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing procedures and analysis for marine operations
  • Specifying equipment and services
  • Planning and scheduling of marine operations
  • Internal and external package development

You will work closely with clients to deliver technical solutions and participate in developing and implementing new technologies relevant to the department.

Our engineers normally follow their projects from start to finish, including doing the engineering work and following up the work offshore.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Higher technical education from college or university (bachelor/master's degree) and/or other relevant work experience
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience from project-driven business; experience from offshore installation or subsea operations is a plus
  • Leadership skills and ability to work independently
  • Structured and accurate mindset
  • Creative and analytical approach to challenges
  • Excellent English language skills – Norwegian is a plus
