We are currently recruiting for a Workshop/Maintenance Foreman to join our Well Testing & Commissioning team based in Stavanger, Norway. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling a team working within a workshop environment, ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct and undertake maintenance activities, including diagnosis and repair of equipment in line with work plans and company quality standards.
  • Plan and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion and highlight any problem areas or requirements for parts.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operation and effective communication.
  • Lead load outs and ensure documentation is completed correctly.
  • Participate in toolbox talks and planning meetings.
  • Report incidents and non-conformances in accordance with company procedures.
  • Undertake equipment inspections and prepare documentation for compliance.
  • Reinforce Stop Work Authority with maintenance staff and maintain a clean working environment.
