Key Responsibilities- Food Safety and Quality: Validate that all food is prepared following company recipes and safety standards are adhered to. Ensure accurate inventory tracking and minimize waste.
- Labor Management: Monitor staffing levels, verify payroll and time clock punches, and manage labor to ensure profitability.
- Guest Satisfaction: Work with friendliness and urgency, greet every guest, and resolve issues positively.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop existing staff, promoting excellent guest service and a safe work environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of direct food/retail management experience.
- Experience using POS systems and proficient in Microsoft Office.
