Our mission is to deliver efficient solutions that reduce emissions in the battery industry. As a Cybersecurity Engineer at Vianode, you will play a critical role in protecting our IT and operational technology environments in line with our cybersecurity strategy and management system.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in cybersecurity and a passion for working in the manufacturing industry. Your expertise will be essential in developing a robust security environment, driving projects for security improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security solutions, operationalizing security policies, and documenting processes to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
  • Your tasks will include setting up and managing monitoring tools to detect potential threats, conducting regular risk assessments, and analyzing new threats and vulnerabilities relevant to our technology stack.
  • You will also develop specialized training programs for technical staff, gather and analyze data related to security incidents, and develop KPIs to measure security effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Engineer.
  • Specialized technical knowledge to assess the current security status and identify vulnerabilities.
  • Experience with operational technology is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have excellent listening and communication skills, a naturally curious mindset, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
