We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative in sunny Greece. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and friendly customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
  • Valid European Union passport or valid EU ID.
  • Fluent in Norwegian (both written and spoken).
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece, if the position is not remote.
