Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading the kitchen team with precision and passion
  2. Ensuring the highest quality dishes in every meal
  3. Managing kitchen operations, efficiency, and food costs
  4. Developing and training chefs and kitchen staff
  5. Maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards

About You

  • A skilled Head Chef or Sous Chef with a love for Spanish cuisine
  • Experience leading a high-volume kitchen
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent leader
  • Fluent in English and/or Norwegian
