Job Summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a highly skilled Senior LCI Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience within LCI management and a good understanding of LCI related processes, requirements and systems. They will also have experience with LCI and engineering systems (Aveva or similar) and be able to guide on organisation, simplification, standardisation, sharing and re-use of information across the company.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. To develop and implement LCI activities in drilling and well development projects.
  2. To provide guidance, develop plans and support LCI controlled work processes and activities to ensure timely delivery with high quality.
  3. To establish LCI processes in new teams and perform implementation pilots.
  4. To identify needs for updating LCI systems, processes and guidelines in line with Company strategy and existing framework.
  5. To act as superuser for LCI management systems, ensuring setup meets requirements and expectations from end users.
  6. To provide guidance and training to teams new to LCI.

Requirements:
  1. 5 years' experience in LCI management.
  2. Good understanding of LCI related processes, requirements and systems.
  3. Extensive experience with LCI and engineering systems (Aveva or similar).
  4. Extensive experience and understanding of LCI information/data (management, use and needs).
  5. Experience with data-flows and databases.
  6. Fluent in English, verbal and written.
  7. Regulatory competence for the petroleum industry.
  8. Multidiscipline understanding.
  9. Independent and structured.
  10. Proactive, ability to recognise and solve problems, take initiatives and drive progress.
  11. Focused on collaboration and sharing of experience with a range of teams, disciplines and strategic partners.
  12. Flexible and adapting to handle changing priorities and new tasks.
  13. Act in accordance with Company values.
