Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Offshore Operator to join our team at Expro. As an Offshore Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and successful operation of our equipment offshore.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with team members to prepare and run equipment offshore, ensuring safe completion of operational tasks and preventing technical issues.
2. Conduct regular checks on equipment to ensure compliance with Expro's policies, standards, and procedures, and verify their technical correctness for the operation being carried out.
3. Participate in tool box talks and planning meetings as required, and may be required to work at onshore bases in the preparation and return of equipment.
4. Liaise with clients' representatives in a professional manner to ensure quality of service to clients.
5. Communicate effectively with offshore Supervisor, team members, and operations department to ensure all aspects of operations are discussed and effective communication is achieved.
6. Complete required documentation for company procedures, processes, and specific clients' requirements.
7. Share knowledge with subordinates to assist with their competency progression when required.
Requirements
1. Technical knowledge gained through completion of competency for grade.
2. Formal technical qualification.
3. Minimum of 3+ years technical experience preferably within the relevant field.
