We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits professional to join our HR team. This role will involve analyzing and interpreting complex data, developing and implementing compensation strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to communicate changes and requirements. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, IT, HR or equivalent, and at least 5 years of relevant working experience.

The Compensation and Benefits professional will be responsible for planning, calculating, documenting, and reporting various activities, including identification and resolution of reporting, process, and system issues, support for international assignments and taxation activities, participation in the development of digitization of the department's processes and relevant reports, production of internal and external HR reports, management of processes around welfare schemes, contribution to the maintenance of handbooks, manuals, and internal information channels for the department, and communication with stakeholders about changes and requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, calculate, document, and report various activities.
  • IDentify and resolve reporting, process, and system issues.
  • Support international assignments and taxation activities.
  • Participate in the development of digitization of the department's processes and relevant reports.
  • Produce internal and external HR reports.
  • Manage processes around welfare schemes.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of handbooks, manuals, and internal information channels for the department.
  • Communicate with stakeholders about changes and requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, IT, HR or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge, interest, and experience from analysis and reporting work, preferably within HR-related processes.
  • Experience with international taxation for work assignments is an advantage.
  • Excellent end-user knowledge of digital tools and technical solutions.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
