Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Professional to join our team at TN Norway. As an integral part of our Workshop operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Carry out preventative and predictive maintenance on a range of equipment, adhering to Company quality and certification standards.
  2. Diagnose and repair equipment issues, working under general supervision and utilizing technical knowledge to resolve problems efficiently.
  3. Assist with the setup, installation, and dismantling of equipment as required.
  4. May be required to operate a forklift for equipment movement and loading/unloading tasks, provided a valid driving qualification is held.
  5. Conduct regular inspections of equipment, documenting findings to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Report all incidents and non-conformances promptly, following established procedures and deadlines.
  7. Update job packs and return them to supervisors at the end of each work period.
  8. Liaise with internal departments like logistics and stores to secure necessary components and facilitate timely task completion.
  9. Participate actively in morning meetings to discuss safety, maintenance status, mobilisation/demobilisation updates, and other relevant topics.
  10. Attend and contribute to tool box talks and planning meetings when required.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to daily housekeeping routines.
  12. Foster effective communication with supervisors, team members, and operations personnel to ensure all aspects of the schedule of work are discussed and implemented effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Tertiary education in a related field or equivalent technical qualification.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar product line, preferably with a focus on equipment maintenance and repair.
