The Refinish Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and refinishing services for our vehicles. This includes preparing surfaces to Tesla standards, collaborating with senior technicians, and continuously learning and developing skills.

• Carry out preparation work using required tooling and equipment
• Collaborate with senior technicians in their work and move towards more complicated tasks
• Demonstrate understanding of refinish processes and operations
• Operate various hand-powered and motorized shop tools
• Work across teams and engage with other technicians and Bodyshop center staff
• Follow all specified repair guidelines and safety instructions
