This role will be part of our Finance department, collaborating with various operational business segments, including General Counsel & Compliance Officer, VP Financial Reporting, CFO, and HR, as well as other stakeholders like Aker ASA and public bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting Processes Support: Prepare and deliver timely and accurate ESG and compliance reports under applicable frameworks, such as CSRD and Transparency Act.
  • CSRD Implementation: Contribute to implementing CSRD requirements, ensuring adherence to new standards and supporting ongoing reporting processes.
  • Data Management: Input and manage data in relevant reporting systems, contributing to the development and optimization of internal tools for tracking emissions and metrics.
  • Process Automation: Improve and automate reporting solutions and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Operational Support: Organize and collaborate with the Company's ESG Committee, ensuring smooth coordination of activities toward reporting goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Support tracking and analysis of financial, ESG, and compliance performance metrics.
