We are looking for a results-driven individual with a strong background in quality assurance to lead our quality function in the Drammen production site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

Quality Planning and Control: Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. ">• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations to identify and correct root causes of quality-related issues, including non-conformities and claims. Collaborate with production, R&D, and other functions to implement corrective actions. ">• Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality-related topics, including GMP, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements. ">• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. ">• Communication: Effectively communicate quality-related information to production staff, management, and customers through regular reports, meetings, and presentations. "> ">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)

">

• At least 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment

">

• Strong knowledge of quality principles, practices, and regulations (e.g., GMP, ISO 9001)

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

">

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
