About the Role

Techconsult AS is seeking a highly skilled Architect Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  2. Collaborate with technical safety and structural teams to develop innovative solutions for fire insulation and structural integrity.
  3. Develop 3D models of architectural components, including walls, insulation, doors, furniture, windows, and technical floors.
  4. Contribute to project documents, such as feed reports and project execution plans.
  5. Prepare discipline documents, including room numbering, architectural layout drawings, doors and window schedules, and platform color coding schedules.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in architectural engineering.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including Office programs, Navisworks, and IFS10.
