**The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Global Operations Associate - Campervan Experience Manager. This role will be based in our depot in Nannestad - Oslo, Norway, where you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our campervans.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Front-office activities:
- Customer service and sales: Manage check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, explain campervan functionalities, terms and conditions, and upsell road trip extras.
- Back-office activities:
- Operations handling: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras and kits.
- Quality control: Maintain campervans in top condition, identify and act on possible maintenance or repair needs.
- Support activities: Support the team in monitoring existing stock, coordinating fleet of campervans, and troubleshooting operational issues.
**Requirements:
- You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field looking for an internship;
- You are fluent in English, have a work permit, and a valid driver's license (mandatory);
- You like international environments and meeting new cultures;
- You possess a natural talent for connecting with people and have a strong customer service orientation;
- You have a problem-solving mindset, thriving to create solutions and feeling comfortable with getting your hands dirty;
**What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of approximately €2,500 per month (net), depending on location, country, and region;
