Visual Storyteller

TN Norway is seeking a talented Visual Storyteller to join our creative team in Oslo, Norway. As a key contributor to our storytelling efforts, you'll help shape the visual narrative of our brand and products.

In this role, you'll work closely with our product, marketing, and creative teams to develop engaging visual stories that drive user engagement and support our company's mission.

You'll conceptualize and produce visually appealing motion graphics, social media content, and other marketing materials that meet our brand's high standards.

1. Campaign Design & Execution

   1. Develop tailored content for various social media platforms, leveraging your expertise in platform trends and best practices.

   2. Evaluate all creative deliverables against brand standards and campaign objectives, ensuring alignment with our business goals.

   3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of creative projects, driving results-oriented storytelling.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

   1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling narratives that drive user engagement and foster a deeper connection with our audience.

   2. Translate product features and benefits into captivating narratives that support our brand's mission and values.

3. Collaboration and Delivery

   1. Manage multiple design projects within coordinated timelines, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.

   2. Maintain high-quality standards while adapting to fast-paced project environments, always striving for excellence.

4. Brand and Visual Identity

   1. Evolve and sustain our visual identity across various touchpoints, maintaining consistency and cohesion.

   2. Develop and maintain comprehensive design guidelines that uphold a cohesive brand look and feel, ensuring a consistent visual narrative.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 2-4 years of experience in digital and motion design or a related field, along with a strong portfolio showcasing brand, marketing, and social media work. Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop), or similar tools are essential.

A passionate creator who's skilled in both static and motion design, comfortable adapting content for various platforms, will thrive in this position. A collaborative team player who understands how to craft content for evolving social platforms will also excel.
