Marine Operations Graduate 2025 Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate to join our Structures department in Høvik, Norway. As a Graduate in Energy Systems and Marine Operations, you will work on pioneering projects onshore and offshore alongside regular operations.
Our team is responsible for verifying marine operations against DNV standards, including structural and operation design simulations and analysis, location approval, and mooring analysis. You will also provide technical advisory and consultancy services to clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Simulation and analysis of marine operations
- Design verification and procedure review, installation and assembly methods, load-out, sea transportation, lifting and heavy lift operations
- Project management of marine assurance from early concept to project conclusion
A successful candidate will have an MSc degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, such as Marine Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Nautical Science. You should have a firm understanding of the energy transition and its impacts on marine operations in Northern Europe.
In addition to your technical skills, you should be able to combine practice and theory, context and consequences, and have a commercial mindset with enthusiasm for client relationship building and management.
