At TN Norway, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Product Growth Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic initiatives.

About the Role

The Director of Product Adoption and Growth will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies that drive increases in customer lifetime value, product usage, and user engagement. This includes analyzing market and customer trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing data-driven experiments to optimize customer experiences.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives that deliver significant business outcomes, track key metrics, and continuously analyze and adjust strategies based on performance data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Analyze market and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Implement data-driven experiments to optimize customer experiences
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and track key metrics
  • Continuously analyze and adjust strategies based on performance data
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 8+ years of experience in developing business and go-to-market strategies
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams
  • Strong data-driven and analytical mindset
  • Excellent facilitation and influencing skills
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for driving cross-functional alignment
  • Exceptional communication and diplomacy skills
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • In-depth knowledge of the AEC industry and AECO project lifecycle
  • Pragmatic and innovative thinker
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
