**Location Lead**
We are seeking a Location Lead to join our team and take charge of our operations at one of our locations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing existing standards and processes, and motivating and leading your on-site team.
Main Responsibilities:
You will take on the independent leadership and establishment of the location, collaborating closely with central departments to oversee day-to-day operations on-site.
You will successfully implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas (coordinating vehicle returns, handovers, and vehicle preparation).
You will maintain constant communication with all international teams to ensure ongoing improvements.
You will motivate and lead your on-site team, including onboarding, effective task planning, and quality control.
You will have control over building your team and seek the right talent for your location.
You will always have an overview of the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales: documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners.
You will advise customers on our products and send them out as happy campers on the roads of Europe.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in operations management, excellent communication skills, and experience in leading employees or teams. You should also have a high service and customer orientation, be a hands-on and effective communicator, and be a resilient problem solver and highly organized.
You must be able to speak fluent English and have a driver's license Class B.
