Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Auditor with expertise in environmental and sustainability subjects to join our team at DNV.

As a Lead Auditor, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in various industries and sectors in developing and implementing management systems through system audits and other verification assignments.

You will have the opportunity to learn from various organizations and work with talented colleagues, while also influencing customer operations related to sustainability and improvements.

Our customers are located throughout Norway, and extensive overnight travel will be required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients in developing and implementing management systems through system audits and other verification assignments.
  • Conduct audits and verification assignments in various industries and sectors.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on management systems and sustainability practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in environmental and sustainability subjects.
Requirements
  • Minimum BSc college or university education.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with a combination of operational experience and experience in developing/maintaining management systems.
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Very good knowledge of Norwegian language, written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and structured.
  • Experience in management and/or continuous improvement is an advantage.
