We are looking for an experienced Shift Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all vessel operations during your shift. You will lead and coordinate the operational teams and resources dedicated to the project, ensuring that all tasks are performed in alignment with established procedures within our quality system.

As a Shift Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining close operational communication with offshore managers and collaborating with other departments, including ROV supervisors, deck foremen, and client representatives.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant experience from construction support offshore
  • Experience from IMR projects and Module Handling Systems is an advantage
  • Formal technical and/or administrative education
  • Valid offshore safety/survival course
  • Valid offshore seafarer's medical certificate
