We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded Senior IT Lawyer to join our Group Legal & Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing legal advice to the business across a wide range of areas, including IT contracts, procurement processes, data protection, and intellectual property rights.

• Drafting and Negotiating IT Contracts: You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating IT contracts with customers and vendors, including data processing agreements.
• Reviewing and Negotiating Public and Private Tenders: You will review, revise, and negotiate public and private tenders to ensure compliance with EG A/S's contract management policy.
• Drafting and Revising Contract Templates: You will draft and revise various contract templates to ensure compliance with EG A/S's contract management policy.
• Assisting in M&A Tasks: You will assist in various M&A tasks, including the integration of acquired companies into EG A/S.
• General Legal Advice: You will provide general legal advice to the business on day-to-day legal matters.

• Commercial Understanding: You should have a strong understanding of commercial law and be able to see connections across the business.
• IT Law Experience: You should have experience working with IT law and related legal areas.
