About Us

At ARTBIO, we are a clinical-stage radiopharmaceutical company dedicated to revolutionizing cancer care by developing a new class of alpha radioligand therapies (ARTs). Our innovative approach selects the optimal alpha-precursor isotope and tumor-specific targets to create therapeutics with the potential for highest efficacy and safety. We leverage our proprietary AlphaDirect technology, a first-of-its-kind 212Pb isolation method, to enable distributed manufacturing for reliable production and delivery of ARTs.

We are advancing multiple pipeline programs with lead program AB001 currently in first-in-human trials. Our legacy spans nearly a century of pioneering work in radiation therapy conducted at the University of Oslo and Norway's Radium Hospital. We take pride in being an emerging, global biotech with locations in Boston, Massachusetts, Basel, Switzerland, London, England, and Oslo, Norway. This diversity allows us to tap into unique scientific insights, making ARTBIO a compelling place to work.
