As a key member of our Substation Automation Systems team, you will play a vital role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients in the distribution and transmission sector, as well as power generation and industry.

Your Responsibilities

  • Translate customer requirements into effective solutions for Hitachi Energy Norway AS
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects, from project initiation to final handover
  • Ensure that tasks are defined, completed, and meet required quality, cost, and time standards
  • Contribute to bid and proposal activities to develop competitive solutions that meet customer expectations
  • Provide feedback to optimize solutions, calculations, and work procedures within the organization
  • Assist in project risk and opportunity management

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in electrical system principles and solutions within the Norwegian energy supply
  • Strong knowledge of SCADA/RTU and/or C&P systems and relevant products
  • Able to understand customer operations and explain how Hitachi Energy Norway AS systems support them
  • Solution-oriented with a focus on delivering results
  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience in leading technical teams
  • Strong networking skills, with a focus on collaboration with customers and suppliers
  • Fluent in English and one of the Scandinavian languages
