About the Role:

This part-time position reports to the HR Business Partner Norway and involves supporting key users in time management activities.

  • You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to managers and individual contributors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Additionally, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners, as well as other senior leaders, on general HR and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR key user in time management activities

• Support managers and individual contributors

• Collaborate with HR Business Partner, CEO, Finance Manager, and MarCom manager on general HR and administrative tasks

• Assist with Change Management and Internal Communication initiatives

Your Expertise:
  • Apart from an education (Bachelor's or master's degree) in Human Resource Management (HRM), Personnel Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or equal, you have experience working part-time alongside studies.
  • You possess a proven record of training and internal communication activities, making you an ideal candidate for this role.
  • Experience with or interest in payroll administration and/or SAP would be beneficial, but not required.

To succeed in this position, you should have excellent collaboration skills, a positive attitude, and fluency in a Scandinavian language and English.
