Collision Repair Master

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Automotive Body Repair Technician to join our team at Tesla, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Body Repair Technicians, ensuring that every vehicle meets our high standards of quality and safety.

You will oversee the repair process, working closely with colleagues to impact our body repair operation development.

• Lead a team of Body Repair Technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent outcomes.
• Collaborate with the production manager to establish daily targets and track progress towards achieving them.
• Conduct thorough assessments of vehicles to identify pre-existing damage and develop effective repair plans.
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality within the body repair department.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to EHS policies and guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in body repair, applying this knowledge to enhance our services.
