About the Role


Cowis Electrical Engineering team in Norway is seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead the electrical discipline on cutting-edge projects. As an Electrical Engineering Specialist, you will work closely with a strong, interdisciplinary team organized within the Buildings Division.


The ideal candidate will have expertise in areas such as renewable energy, energy storage, automation, lighting, emergency power, fire extinguishing systems, BIM, energy efficiency, indoor climate, construction management, electrotechnical security and safety, and ROS analyses.



Key Responsibilities



  • Lead electrical engineering projects and teams on site
  • Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective electrical designs
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you should possess:



  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a consulting environment
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and design software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


What We Offer


We offer a competitive salary ranging from 650,000 to 850,000 NOK per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive:
