Telia Personlig Service Crew

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Telia Personlig Service Crew. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and install Telia equipment at customer premises
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on Telia products and services
  • Conduct sales and marketing activities to promote Telia products and services
  • Return and exchange customer equipment

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and software
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
